For the past few weeks, I have been experiencing a blogging lapse. I have found Twitter to to be my new friend and the idea of sitting down and blogging has not been inspiring. But I am sitting in a Panera in Orlando Fl waiting for an afternoon flight, catching up on emails and felt inspired (be it momentarily).
The past three days I have been "retreating" with 14 other Stadia church planters from across the southeast. They are a passionate group of guys, who are not satisfied with the status quo and always pressing the edge. Most I knew by face and name, but many I hadn't had any indepth conversations with. That changed this week and I have found new friends, new ministry partners and fellow sarcastic comedians. Looking forward to heading home, but definitely reflecting on the experience.
Can't wait to see my wife Janet and the kids. I am blessed beyond measure.
